This bowl of noodles is gentle yet deep, and expresses the philosophy of Zen, without using any animal-derived foods or the five pungent vegetables*.

The noodles are made with Inaniwa Chinese noodles, which have a refined, smooth texture and a silky smooth texture. These beautiful dried Chinese noodles are made by slowly and carefully drying them over two days.
The soup is made by combining clear light soy sauce with the flavors of kelp and Chinese cabbage, and the subtle aroma of Sichuan pepper oil, which is added in an exquisite balance, makes it a soup that makes you feel the "spirit of Zen" from the moment you put it in your mouth. ■Ingredients:
