<About the number of days until shipping>

After your order is complete, it will be shipped within approximately 5 business days. After shipping is complete, the product is expected to arrive in about 2-3 days (in the case of remote islands, it may take 4-5 days).
However, delays may occur due to weather, traffic conditions, or other force majeure.

<About damage during shipping>

When packing, we take great care to prevent dents and scratches on the outer box before preparing for shipping.
However, after delivery to the delivery company, some trouble may occur during transportation, or damage may occur due to the delivery company's responsibility.
We ask for your understanding that dents or scratches on the outer box may not interfere with the use of the main unit.
